What I collect and why

Only when you sign up for the newsletter: your first name (if you enter it) and your email. I use them to send you the free gift and the weekly newsletter. Nothing else, and I never sell or share them.

Legal basis

Your consent when you sign up (Article 6.1.a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to me.

Who else sees it

The newsletter is sent with MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania, European Union), which stores the data on my behalf under a data processing agreement. If you buy on Etsy, Etsy handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you and delete your data, except anything the law requires me to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and take it to another service. Email david@soulandsense.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
